END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS

1. GRANT OF LICENCE

Thinking Over Aiming Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and run our game software for personal entertainment.

2. DLC & IN-APP PURCHASES

All virtual goods, expansions and downloadable content (DLC) are revocable digital licences with no real-world cash value, and can't be exchanged for money.

3. PROHIBITED USE

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or use tools to tamper with the game software, except where the law allows it. We may suspend or end access for breaches.

4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that can't be waived by contract.
